Maureen Bergdahl and her husband live in Gibsonia in a house built in 1847. Maureen has over 30 years of experience with children as the founder of Early Years Child Development Centers. Her passion for teaching children and gardening created the Little Human Photo Venue.
Maureen’s philosophy is that a child should be offered the opportunity to learn about nature; this is taught through hands on experiences. Little Human offers an environment and props to discover the wonder of nature. This provides photographers and families with unique photos.
Little Human Photo Venue offers photographers a unique historic backdrop for photos. Children explore fairy and butterfly gardens, build campfires, and fish. The Victorian Greenhouse is decorated with seasonal and holiday décor.

What is the Victorian Greenhouse?
It was built in 1917 to represent the era of the farmhouse (1847). The glass enclosed Greenhouse is decorated with seasonal and holiday themes. Photos can be taken year-round due to heating and air conditioning.

How is the venue designed for photographers?
Photo venue offers 3 acres of mature (over 100 years old) trees, a pond, and butterfly gardens.
Throughout the property are unique photo opportunities.
What are the parking arrangements?
Parking is available on-site. However, clients are asked to arrive no more than 10 minutes before their scheduled session. A maximum of 3 groups are permitted at the venue at one time to ensure a smooth experience.
Do you offer customized sessions?
Yes, depending on the request. Additional fees may apply.

How do I book a session?

Once I confirm the time and date for the session your payment will be due.
To make a payment, go to our website and pay by credit card.
What if I need to reschedule?
Clients can reschedule, and payment will be applied at that time. There is no fee to reschedule. If you cancel without rescheduling, there is no refund.
What if I stay over my assigned time?
Often photographers realize they need more time. I will just add additional half-hour rates, and you will be asked to pay on the website.
What is the pricing?
Half-hour rate (1-30 minutes): $50.00
Hour Rate (1-60 minutes): $100.00
