MODEL RELEASE: I hereby give permission to Maureen Bergdahl (Little Human Photo Venue, LLC) to use my name, my child’s name and our photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, display, trade and other lawful purposes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For credit card transactions, we will never see, collect or store your credit card information.  Our web hosting provider and credit card processing merchant provides the transactions.
